Not content to be a multi-platinum selling singer, actress, clothing designer and Mrs. Jay-Z, Beyonce is also looking to conquer the publishing world. Sasha Fierce recently announced she'll be publishing a soul food cookbook inspired by mother Tina's recipes -- nevermind that Ms. B herself has admitted she's a "disaster" in the kitchen. She's not the first celeb to venture into the food game. Whose recipes would you follow?

Another performer who seemingly makes it her life's mission to be a jill-of-all-trades, Gwyneth Paltrow recently released "My Father's Daughter: Delicious, Easy Recipes Celebrating Family & Togetherness," a tribute to her late father, Bruce, and featuring Vegan-friendly recipes. She's seen here promoting the book by eating a fried zucchini spaghetti dish on "The Rachael Ray Show."

You've gotta know that the woman who made the Thighmaster famous is going to write some impressive healthy cooking recipes. Suzanne Somers -- who also writes books on hormones and aging -- has written six cookbooks, including "Suzanne Somers' Eat Great, Lose Weight," "Suzanne Somers' Eat, Cheat, and Melt the Fat Away" and "Suzanne Somers' Get Skinny on Fabulous Food," (wait, who are these books by again?).

She taught everyone how to say "Do you want to sleep with me?" in French, and now Patti LaBelle wants to teach you how to make Poached Salmon with Basil Cream Sauce (amongst other recipes). The diabetic singer has authored four cookbooks, including "The New Soul Food Cookbook for People with Diabetes" and "Recipes for the Good Life."

"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice wasn't content to rest on her big-coiffed laurels with her last cookbook, "Skinny Italian." She released "Fabulicious! Teresa's Italian Family Cookbook in May 2011, featuring -- you guessed it -- lots of recipes for Italian food lovers. Wonder if she's ever tried any of the recipes out on Danielle Staub...

Rapper Coolio's musical output has been lacking of late, but if you're missing Coolio in your stereo, you can still enjoy him in your kitchen. "Cookin' with Coolio: 5 Star Meals at a 1 Star Price," which was released in 2009, features chapters titled, "How To Be a Kitchen Pimp" and "It's Hard Out Here for a Shrimp." Are the recipes enough to make the book a cook's paradise? You be the judge.

Zack Morris, take note: AC Slater can cook! It should be no surprise that the famously buff actor knows how to eat well, and he shares his wisdom in two cookbooks: "Extra Lean Family: Get Lean and Achieve Your Family's Best Health Ever," and "Extra Lean: The Fat-Burning Plan That Changes the Way You Eat for Life." Next up for the increasingly literary star: A book for first-time dads called "Mario and Baby Gia," due in September 2011.

Alicia Silverstone, who is best known for playing "Clueless'" Cher, might have had the character -- who was always harping her father about eating healthy -- rub off on her. Silverstone wrote 2009's "The Kind Diet: A Simple Guide to Feeling Great, Losing Weight, and Saving the Planet," designed to help people transition to veganism.

With her talk show recently canceled, maybe now Mo'Nique will have time to write a follow-up to her book, "Skinny Cooks Can't Be Trusted." But with her 50-lb. weight loss, will her fans still trust her kitchen advice?

If "The Kind Diet" isn't your cup of carrots, maybe you should be on the hunt for Ted Nugent's 2002 cookbook, "Kill It & Grill It: A Guide to Preparing and Cooking Wild Game and Fish," written with his wife, Shemane. The "Cat Scratch Fever" singer and famous lover of meat provides recipes for venison and other game.

Like silly puns? Then you'll love the title of singer Sheryl Crow's new cookbook based on one of her song titles: "If It Makes You Healthy: More Than 100 Delicious Recipes Inspired by the Seasons." Co-written by chef Chuck White, the book features 100-plus healthy recipes for dishes like Warm Hummus Soup with Cilantro Pesto and Garlicky Pita Chips and Watermelon Margaritas. She stopped by the "Today" show in March 2011 with White to promote the book and cook with Meredith Vieira.

When it comes to cooking, who would know better than a "Desperate Housewife"? Actress Eva Longoria recently released "Eva's Kitchen: Cooking With Love for Family and Friends," which pays homage to her Texas upbringing and Mexican roots. She even gets fellow "Housewife" Teri Hatcher to contribute a banana bread recipe. Assuming Longoria can actually cook all the recipes in the book (she does, after all, own the restaurant Beso), we once again have to ask: Tony Parker, what were you thinking?
