Actor Nicholas Brendon, who played Xander on the "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" television series, was arrested Friday for the third time since October, the Tallahassee Democrat reports.
Brendon, who was in Leon County, Florida, for a convention, caused up to $1,000 in damage to his hotel room, police said. He was charged with criminal mischief and property damage, then released on $1,000 bail.
Brendon, who was arrested in October and February on similar charges, told the Tallahassee Democrat that he blacked out after taking sleeping pills at the Hotel Duval. He allegedly flipped the bed and other furniture, clogged the toilet and broke a figurine, according to court records.
Brendon's court date is set for March 30.
