Bill Murray is going to be a bartender.
It's not a new cameo or role in a movie, but an actual job the actor is taking this weekend at his son's new bar in New York, City's Brooklyn borough.
USA Today reported that Murray's shift at his son Homer Murray's 21 Greenpoint is part of the restaurant's grand opening. Bill Murray will be pouring drinks at the bar.
"We want people to come and have fun,'' Homer Murray told Eater. "People can walk in; just be nice. What my dad lacks in experience, he makes up for in tequila.''
Murray has held other unsuspecting jobs as well. In 2014, he worked as a ticket-taker for the St. Paul Saints, one of number of a minor league baseball teams he is a part-owner of.
But a representative for the restaurant told Eater that space is limited and it's not an open-door event.
It's not the first time the quirky actor has made an appearance somewhere unassuming. He's grabbed fries off a stranger's plate at an airport, photobombed an engagement photo shoot and crashed a bachelor party in the past.
