Justin and Sophia DeCouto’s new Milton home is far from the coast, but the interiors create a beachy vibe that remind the couple of their native Bermuda.

Couches from Ikea - that have washable covers - a chair the family has had for a while, an ottoman that was ordered online and a table from The Dump fill out the living room, which includes built-in bookcases, a coffered ceiling and a fireplace. Interior design style: Traditional with island inspiration.

The kitchen connects to a keeping room, which features a fireplace with a stone surround and exposed beams on the vaulted ceiling. Homeowners Justin and Sophia DeCouto are from Bermuda, which is featured in a large photo - taken by a photographer in Bermuda -- of the island that hangs over the fireplace.

Soft white custom cabinets with a glazed overlay offers ample storage for homeowners Justin and Sophia DeCouto in their new house built by Edward Andrews Homes. Spacemakers of Alpharetta designed and installed the shelving in Justin and Sophia DeCouto's master closets, which also feature hardwood floors. The DeCoutos extended the hardwood floors into the master bedroom and closets.
