Paces 325 is a condo community in Buckhead.

Elizabeth and Trey Scott had done their research and were savvy about Atlanta's housing market. They feel Paces 325 is "a quality building in a great location".

The Scotts really appreciate the community's 1,500 square-foot fitness center, an amenity that they really use so they don't mind paying the reasonable association fees.

The couple feels that the design of the building is timeless, and with the layout of their unit, the smart community amenities and convenient location next to the Streets of Buckhead project, they believe their unit at Paces 325 won't lose its value and will have great resale potential in the future.

The Scotts like that the kitchen is a little secluded which makes entertaining less stressful when the cook doesn't have to hide the meal's preparations.

The Scotts bought a two-bedroom two-bath unit on the 9th floor with about 1,400 square feet of space. "I particularly love that we ve got lots of storage here," added Elizabeth.

The Scotts liked this floor plan because Elizabeth says the unit seems particularly large due to its layout, with an entrance hall that leads into the living room and then further out to the dining room.

Other community amenities at Paces 325 include an 1,800 square-foot entertainment center with bar and lounge.

The kitchen features granite countertops, Kohler designer fixtures and hardwood cabinets.

The fourth floor rooftop pool area comes equipped with Wi-Fi, outdoor grilling area and cabanas.
