Open House: Clearwater model home at Windfaire

Peachtree Residential Properties' Clearwater plan model home at Windfaire in Roswell was decorated by Elizabeth Cherry of CherryThorne.

GREAT ROOM: A soaring wall of windows bathes sage-colored walls in light for an airy entertainment spot. The floor-to-ceiling window treatments are accented with a band of warm gold brocade; another layer of fabric texture comes from the linen-upholstered pair of sofas flanking the fireplace. A pair of drop-leaf end tables adds the European touch to the room.

GUEST BEDROOM: Soothing green wall color, neutral fabric tones and an uncluttered look invite guests to enjoy their stay.

MASTER SUITE: A CherryThorne trademark is the throw with ties that decorates the bed in the master suite; tone-on-tone weaves add subtle patterns to the coverlet, pillows and bed skirt. Sage walls and comfortable chairs are accented by the dark olive trim that frames the double-tray ceiling.

DINING ROOM: Classic European styling, with painted paneling and a custom-designed build-in sideboard, sets the tone for formal dining. The French-inspired side chairs provide contrast to the enameled black table with turned legs.

DINING ROOM: Tall arrangements in bead-filled vases add vertical elements to the formal dining room table. Tones of crystal and soft gold create the attractive place setting. The custom-designed built-in sideboard can be seen in the background.

LOFT: A large-scale hanging lantern adds old-world charm to the brightly-lit loft that's painted with soft sage walls. The upholstered furniture is light-colored solid fabric; the desk, side table and coffee table are in a variety of wood tones for a traditional look.

KEEPING ROOM: Medium sage green wall color creates a cozy setting for family time. The pair of scroll-arm loveseats upholstered in pale mocha have contrast welting in chocolate brown.

LOFT: Set up as a study, the loft's open plan, light walls and white trim create an inviting place to enjoy a good book.
