Luxe in Midtown

Luxe is a condo community located in Midtown Atlanta.

Normandin and Heuser bought a three-bedroom two-and-a-half bath condo. They converted one of the bedrooms into a media room just off the living room to provide a little extra public space for entertaining, augmenting the entertainment-size terrace.

Luxe is a condo development located in Midtown Atlanta, housing 112 condo units and five penthouses.

Kitchens at Luxe feature stainless steel Bosch appliances, custom cabinetry and granite countertops.

From his 20th floor unit, Atlanta's weather swirls. "Atlanta has the best skies," said Normandin. "I don't always love the weather, but I love the way the sky looks. You get caught up in it."

The units also include private balconies.

Community features at Luxe include pool and sun deck with views of Piedmont Park, club room, catering kitchen, steam room, fitness center, spa treatment room, 24-hour concierge services, WiFi in amenity areas, furnished resident guest suite and controlled-access building security.

Luxe resident Dan Normandin has a 20th floor unit and loves the view. He also likes the intimate scale of the building.

Additional features include 10' ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and hardwood floors.
