Canterbury is a residential community located in Marietta, Georgia.

Community amenities include two pools, four tennis courts, walking trails and 49 acres of conservation space. In addition, the neighborhood is built up against a nature preserve, and the Faraca family has a creek that runs through their back yard.

In addition to a floor plan that was perfect for the Faraca family, the home allows for plenty of natural light.

It turned out the second time was the charm for the Faraca family. After the builder of their previous home community went bankrupt, they found Canterbury in Marietta.

The kitchen was a huge draw for the Faraca family. There's a large dining room with a double leaf in (the table) that seats 10 people. There's also a butler's pantry right off from the kitchen and a huge island that can seat four people on one side, and a breakfast area off that which has a table that can seat eight.
