The Duluth home is historical, according to one listing that says it was built in 1895. It has four beds, four baths and more than 7,000 square feet. County records say the owner is The Scott Hudgens Family Foundation, a philanthropic group founded by deceased World War II veteran and Gwinnett resident Scott Hudgens.

This amazing Duluth home really earns the title of “estate.” With multiple buildings, a pool, wooded grounds and a large driveway, the house looks palatial. If 39 rooms and more than 22,000 square feet aren’t enough, the house sits next to the water.
