The Inn at Serenbe, located in planned community with 1,000 acres of preserve forestland, now offers a series of day retreats designed to offer a getaway from the pressures of daily life.

Sunday Wellness, is a series of retreats led by Zoetic, the local wellness company at Serenbe. During a day filled with health and wellness, guests experience mindful meditation, yoga, a farm-to-table meal and more.

The full-day of activities costs $85 and guests can add an overnight stay for Sunday night for $95.

Zoetic, which offers services ranging from yoga and meditation to guided walks through a labyrinth, leads the day which begins at 10:30 with an hour-long yoga session. Lunch at the Farmhouse is followed by a mindfulness meditation session after which guests take a break to enjoy Bamboo Juice and learn about the benefits of cold-pressed juicing.

The experience ends with an hour and a half trail walk or run through Serenbe's 15 miles of wooded trails.
