The "Pokemon Go" craze is taking over Zoo Atlanta during a special "Pokemon Go" Weekend .

On August 13 and 14, anyone who shows the "Pokemon Go" app at Zoo Atlanta gets $5 off the price of general admission which is normally $25.99 for ages 12 and over.

Show the app on your smartphone or tablet at the gate for the discount. The offer is valid for one discounted admission per device presented. Some restrictions apply. Visit zooatlanta.org for more event details.

Zoo Atlanta has 14 PokeStops, some of which will be lured on Saturday and Sunday. The Zoo train passes by five of those stops. There is also free Wi-Fi to make it easy for you to play along.

If you use hashtags #PokemonGoZooATL and #PokemonGo on Zoo Atlanta Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to share photos, you'll earn a chance to win prizes.

All of the Zoo’s PokeFun is located in areas that are accessible to Zoo visitors. The zoo reminds users to play responsibly.
