It has been a few weeks since the rumors swirled that Atlanta-based Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas of TLC fame has been dating Nick Cannon , the soon-to-be ex-husband of crooner Mariah Carey.

Last month, The New York Daily News reported that Chilli and Cannon were getting cozy at a Concert in Rochester where TLC was performing.

Cannon,35, has been playing coy when dealing with the topic of Chilli, 45, telling People Magazine he was damaged goods. "Who would want to date me? Clearly I don't get it," he said.

But Instagram doesn't lie (not always, anyway). And just a day ago, up popped a photo that appears to be confirmation that there is most definitely something going on with the pair.

There was Chilli casually braiding Cannon's hair with a little assistance. While a photo isn't definitive proof of anything, Cannon probably wouldn't let just any old woman who is not a licensed hairstylist play around in his hair.

Almost immediately, The New York Post uncovered a source who said the two have been secretly dating for the last two months.

The source said Cannon invited Chilli to tag along this week with him and his mom as he hosted America's Got Talent. And since Cannon appeared to be rocking his braided style at the Aug. 2 live show, it is fair to assume Chilli was there.

Cannon has been in Atlanta a lot lately.

According to the AJC's Rodney Ho , Cannon recently opened an Atlanta office for his production company Ncredible.

He also recently visited a Radio Shack in Smyrna to promote his Ncredible headphones and he also shot a scene for his MTV2 show “Wild n Out.”
