Q100's Jenn Hobby has been named one of the four female DJs who will guest host next week on "Regis & Kelly" while Kelly Ripa is on vacation.

Her name was announced during the show on WSB-TV today at 9:55 a.m.

"I'm just so excited," she said by phone at 10:30 a.m. "I can't wait to do it. I''m almost speechless. It's surreal."

She received enough votes this week to beat out six others who were also in the top 10. She will  be on Friday, August 20.

Hobby, who began her radio career with 95.5/The Beat, has been with the Bert Show for seven years. Her TV experience has included hosting "Get Married" and a "Style Ambush" show for Comcast on Demand.

In an interview Monday, she said she'd love to do a cooking segment on the show if she gets a chance.

Three Atlanta jocks made the top 100. The other two were Cindy Simmons of Star 94 and Elle Duncan of V-103.

Shannon Murphy, who spent about a year in Atlanta in 2008 as part of the ill-fated Morning Mess on Star 94, also made the top four. She is now a morning co-host at Channel 95.5 in Detroit.

Jeff Dauler, her co-host, jokingly said Bert Weiss will now have to refer to her as Ms. Hobby. And she may have to work in a separate studio.
