NeNe Leakes shoots hoops with Jermaine Dupri for WXIA-TV
NeNe Leakes of 'Real Housewives' fame began her two-week stint as an entertainment correspondent for WXIA-TV's early morning news today. She will be on at 6:46 a.m. every day.

Below is her first, nearly seven-minute report with R&B/hip-hop mogul Jermaine Dupri. At the 1:44 point, she quickly makes it about Nene.
"I saw this kid who was kind of shy one time. But there's something about his shyness that makes him a star," Dupri told NeNe.
"So when you first saw me, you knew I was a star."
"You're not shy!"
"I do have a shy side."
"I've never seen that."
He didn't want to talk about Janet Jackson or his private life so NeNe "respected that."
