Ryan Seacrest has hit 40 but his girlfriends remain in their mid-20s. His latest lady friend is a former beauty queen named Hilary Cruz. No cliches here, eh?

The folks at the Daily Mail have photos of him and her on a yacht in the South of France. How annoying it must be to be relaxing while knowing someone is probably taking pics of you. Such is the life of the rich and famous.

He's hosting a new game show "Knock Knock Live" July 21 on Fox. He describes it below:

Season 8 finalist Danny Gokey has another Christian hit with "More Than You Think I Am,' now at No. 8 on the Mediabase Christian AC chart. This is his follow up to his No. 1 song "Hope in Front of Me."

Season 11 finalist Colton Dixon's "Through All of It" is not far behind at No. 12. This is his third top 15 hit on the Christian chart.

Season 14 winner Nick Fradiani performed his song "Beautiful Life" at the FIFA World Cup championships in Vancouver yesterday. Maybe this exposure will help jumpstart the song, which is languishing at No. 33 on the Hot AC chart.

Simon Cowell's 89-year-old mo Julie Brett has passed, according to the NY Daily News.  They cited a Sun story using a "family friend."

"They had been paying regular visits to her bedside and it's been a godsend that Simon hadn't had to do too much work in the U.S. over the last year," the source adds. "He's completely heartbroken."
