Today's edition of GPB's "Political Rewind" starts with last-minute doings in the state Capitol as the Legislature finishes up on Thursday – including university-centered bills on rape prosecutions and concealed firearms on campuses.

But a larger topic was Gov. Nathan Deal’s apparent willingness to expand Medicaid in Georgia, given the collapse of the Obamacare repeal effort in Washington last week. If you couldn’t catch it live, listen to it now:
