‘Political Rewind’ replay: Senate GOP efforts to revive a health care debate

Today's edition on GPB's "Political Rewind" began with dogs and Fourth of July fireworks, but quickly moved on to Senate Republican efforts to revive the repeal-and-replace of Obamacare.
