Paulding judge on leaving job to daughter: Other candidates were ‘perfectly free’ to sign up

March 13, 2014Paulding County Superior Court Judge James Osborne went on camera to explain that there was nothing fishy about the way he and his daughter choreographed their candidacies in such a way that Elizabeth Osborne Williams is now the only candidate to replace him.
