Presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump will hold a rally in Atlanta Wednesday afternoon, hours after he attends a private fundraiser with top Georgia Republicans.

Trump's state director just posted the following on Twitter:

We're still waiting to hear back about where Trump's fourth Georgia campaign rally will be held, and we'll update this post when we do. The last time Trump swung through Atlanta he spoke at an exhibit hall at Georgia World Congress Center with a capacity of 10,000.

We told you earlier about how Trump is slated to attend a closed-door breakfast fundraiser that morning hosted by Gov. Nathan Deal and Sen. David Perdue at the home of businessman and philanthropist Charlie Loudermilk. Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus will also be there.

The billionaire's Georgia stop-over comes as Republicans in the state continue to rally around him despite divisive comments. Polls in Georgia show a tight race between Trump and presumptive Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, though no Democrat has won the Peach State since 1992.

Wednesday's back-to-back events come days after terrorist attack at a gay club in Orlando left 49 dead and dozens of others wounded. Trump has painted himself as tough on terrorism and immigration given news that the gunman's parents immigrated from Afghanistan. The billionaire said Clinton would be a weak leader in both areas during a speech Monday.
