Atlanta's own long-serving rockers Drivin N Cryin had planned to be out on the road right about now. Instead, they're among the many musicians forced to take a hiatus from touring and cancel shows.

Last year, the quartet released “Live the Love Beautiful.” More recently, the band offered a limited edition “Live the Love Beautiful Live” album on vinyl. The first pressing of 500 sold out.

Since they aren't able to play live in support of the album, the band is teaming up with The Grunge Bible for a live stream Instagram event at instagram.com/grunge_bible.

They'll be airing some live show footage from the recording of the live album at 8 p.m. Thursday, April 2. This event is part of the Grunge Bible's series "The Shutdown Shows," which are happening every Thursday, Friday and Saturday on Instagram TV. The series is a benefit for bands impacted by COVID-19-related cancellations.
