Atlanta rapper T.I. has been staying busy.

On Christmas Eve, he stopped by the Walmart in the West End to buy thousands of dollars of toys for area children.

Then on Christmas Day, his wife Tameka “Tiny” Cottle announced in an Instagram video that the couple has a baby on the way.

“Merry Christmas! Thank you to my family for my wonderful gifts … But most of all thank you for our new heir to the throne. This is the best Christmas gift you could’ve ever gave me,” Tiny said in the clip.

The couple is already parents to sons Clifford King, 11, and Major Philant Harris, 7. T.I. is also the father of three children - Messiah, Domani and Deyjah – from a previous relationship.

The family’s life is on display on the VH1 reality TV series, “T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle.”

T.I. is expected to release his next album, “The Dime Trap,” in 2016; but he already has his next acting venture lined up – he’s joined the cast of the remake of “Roots,” which will air as a miniseries on A&E. The rapper/actor will play Cyrus, a headstrong slave who fights for his freedom for the Union Army against Confederate forces.
