Why Oprah jumped out of her car to talk to a stranger

Oprah Winfrey delighted graduates, faculty, family and friends at Agnes Scott College's commencement exercises on Saturday - but she doesn't need a big crowd or a prestigious event to create a memorable moment.
Just the other day she stopped her car and hopped out to take photos with a woman she noticed on the street. The lady was walking her dogs - and by that we meant she was pushing the little cuties in a stroller - and Oprah literally couldn't even.
"Rarely do I ask other people for a pic but this was too cute to pass by," she posted on Instagram.
