"Miracles From Heaven," the Atlanta-shot, faith-based film starring Jennifer Garner and Queen Latifah and produced by DeVon Franklin, received a powerful endorsement from entertainment mogul Tyler Perry.

"I'm sitting here STUNNED!!!" he posted later the same day. "I can't believe how moved I was by Miracles from Heaven!!! Lord!! You have to see it!"

The movie, released March 16, is based on a memoir by Christy Beam. Her daughter Annabel was diagnosed with a rare and debilitating intestinal disorder. Following an accidental fall from a tree, Annabel was found to be free from the disorder, a recovery that baffled doctors. Her mother calls it a miracle.

Garner, who portrays Beam in the movie, said working on the project ultimately led her back to church.

Franklin said the movie was made with all audiences in mind, not just those of faith.
