Tyler Perry has been a playwright, author, filmmaker, actor and director but his most important role yet is that of Dad.
Perry and his girlfriend Gelila Bekele welcomed their first child in December.
Aman Tyler Bekele-Perry was christened in Feburary in a private church his father had built. The baby's godparents include Oprah Winfrey and Cicely Tyson.
The entertainment mogul celebrated his first Father's Day as a proud papa on Sunday and posted this sweet photo:

"My Father's Day surprise this morning. I had no idea the joy this little boy would bring and restore to my heart. Being a father is not just a gift, it's a beautiful responsibility and blessing. Last week Perry's Atlanta home went on the market for $25 million. He plans to build on a tract of more than 1,000 acres he owns OTP. Presumably there will be plenty of space for a playroom and swing set!
