Snoop Dogg calls Caitlyn Jenner "a science project"

Rapper Snoop Dogg posted an item on his Instagram page that praised artist Akon for his efforts to bring solar power to Africa, lamenting that the project wasn't major news while "that science project Bruce Jenner is."

Jenner, the Olympic champ and longtime Kardashian patriarch, who fathered six children and was thrice married, debuted a new identity this week, Caitlyn Jenner.

Caitlyn, whose new Twitter account now counts more than 2 million followers, is enjoying a great deal of support since the Vanity Fair reveal, although artist Timbaland said he's sticking with Jenner's former identity.
