Simon Cowell won't follow "American Idol" to ABC

"American Idol" is heading to ABC but iconic host Simon Cowell isn't.
“I have no interest,” he told Extra. “My memories are when we first started. It was a different time with Randy (Jackson), Ryan (Seacrest) and Paula (Abdul). You can’t re-create that.”
Ryan, of course, just landed a new gig as Kelly Ripa's "Live" co-host .
No word on who will be shattering dreams or making them come true when "Idol," which aired on Fox for 15 seasons, reboots on ABC
