The Associated Press reports that the 21-year-old was involved in a Jan. 27 accident that injured two other people.

"Bobbi Kristina Brown was driving a Jeep Liberty on Jan. 27 when she lost control, crossed into oncoming traffic and collided with another vehicle," the AP reported, citing police documents.

On Jan. 28, Alpharetta authorities issued a bench warrant stemming from a separate traffic incident; she had failed to appear in court to answer charges of driving a different vehicle with an expired registration. It has been dismissed given her medical situation.

Bobbi Kristina remains at Emory with family and friends by her side. Her aunt Leolah has indicated she is making some signs of progress and says she is hopeful she will "get back to great health."
