The 2018 Emmy nominations were announced last month, and plenty of Atlanta-filmed productions and actors with Atlanta ties are in the running.

While HBO's "Game of Thrones" leads the pack with 22 nods, FX's "Atlanta" is the most nominated comedy series with 16. "Stranger Things" cranked out 12 nominations this year.

The 70th Annual Primetime Emmys will air on NBC on Monday, Sept. 17 with hosts Colin Jost and Michael Che.
