TMZ was first to report that Prince's private plane made an emergency stop in Illinois after he left Atlanta; he was taken to a local hospital for treatment.  The Minneapolis Star Tribune later reported that the singer was now back home and doing well after being treated.

Prince was originally supposed to perform a week earlier but postponed those shows due to illness . He reportedly had the flu.

AJC music critic Melissa Ruggieri detected hints of his illness when he spoke during last week's shows.

The latest of his social media posts is this photo. (It's not clear where it was taken, maybe the Fox?) Anyway, thank goodness, it looks like Prince is on the mend!
