Walker died in November 2013 in a Los Angeles area car crash. At the time he had been working on "Furious 7," which filmed largely in Atlanta.

Meadow Walker, in papers filed by her attorney, claims that the seatbelt in the 2005 Porsche Carrera GT that he was a passenger in snapped the actor back, breaking his ribs and pelvis, trapping him in the seat as the car burned around him, US Magazine reported.

The wrongful death suit also claims that the driver, Walker's friend Roger Rodas, was not driving as fast as the police report claimed, ABC News reported.
