Both of the leads have filmed here before. Wilson shot the endearing "The Internship" and the dreadful "Hall Pass" in Atlanta. Helms, of "The Hangover" and "The Office" fame, starred in the locally filmed "Vacation" reboot (the trailer's posted above) which didn't exactly live up to the original.

"What a sad and pathetic attempt to re-start a classic," reads the most recent "Vacation" review on imdb.com. "This movie was written by morons. Those in Hollywood who produced this crap should be run out of the business...."

Harsh.

Here's hoping "Bastards" wins more hearts and minds and possibly, colons. One of the casting calls for extras seeks proctology patients. Men of all ethnicities, ages 40 to 60 with "great, interesting faces" are needed for the scene filming Oct. 27 in Riverdale. Send three photos of yourself, your contact information and dimensions to  Bastards@RoseLockeCasting.com if you're interested.
