Oprah Winfrey spotted in Atlanta Monday night!

Oprah Winfrey, who delighted fans with a surprise visit to a private party Sunday night, made some new fans Monday night as well, when she showed up to Rathbun's for a live-tweet session during her new series "Belief."

She alerted fans that she was out and about:

She didn't give her location but a source who happened to be there tipped us just as Rathbun's retweeted her..

Jared Sapp, who got to meet Oprah, said it "felt like magic" when she gave him a hug. Wonder where she'll pop up next?
