Bobbi Kristina has been hospitalized since a Jan. 31 medical emergency. In a number of statements issued by his lawyers, Nick has said he's been prevented from seeing her.

Over the weekend he took his campaign to visit her to social media.

"Let me in the hospital to see my girl and let her hear my voice SHE WILL WAKE UP!!!" he posted on Twitter.

He also has posted photos of a new tattoo bearing her name.

"Healing just fine like my baby," he posted with a photo of the new ink.

A statement from Bobby Brown's attorney indicated Nick had been offered the opportunity to visit, as long as he abided by certain conditions. A statement in response from Nick's lawyers objected to the conditions. (Neither side specified what exactly they were).

"I can't wait till she wakes up and dismiss all of the negative thoughts," Nick posted. "There is a reason why her mom made me promise to look after her."
