NeNe Leakes liked Donald Trump the television host but isn't crazy about Donald Trump the presidential candidate.

"When I worked on his show I felt like he was very honest and very true to who he was," she said during a visit to Steve Harvey's talk show. "I liked him and he liked me."

Harvey asked if they've been in contact since the show and wondered if Trump might have approached Leakes, who parlayed her role with "Real Houseswives of Atlanta" into gigs with numerous other shows including "Celebrity Apprentice," along with a fashion line and a gig on Broadway , to try to drum up support for him among African Americans.

"I did get an email," she said. "I ain’t gonna be that person. Not NeNe!"

They got along great during "Celebrity Apprentice," but she isn't wild about his presidential run.

"I really did like him a lot, but this orange man who’s talking on TV? I don’t know who that is. He says the craziest stuff. No, I will not be campaigning for the Trump."
