Katt Williams has been arrested again

Comedian Katt Williams' latest encounter with law enforcement has him facing a battery charge and an Aug. 18 court date in Los Angeles.

The Los Angeles Times reports that Williams was arrested Sunday after a spat with a female employee of the Sportsmen's Lodge, a Ventura Boulevard hotel. He was jailed and released and is to appear in court next month.
