Katt Williams has two Georgia tour dates on the books but you can bet they won't be in either Hall or Dawson counties.

The comedian whose legal tangles made headlines again and again this year is banned from those north Georgia counties as part of a negotiated plea deal. The former Hall County resident, recently pleaded no contest recently to charges in connection with an alleged assault of his bodyguard, attorney Drew Findling said.

With 157 remaining counties eligible for a visit, Williams is headed for Fulton and Muscogee. He's scheduled to perform at Columbus Civic Center in Columbus on Jan. 13 and Philips Arena in downtown Atlanta on Feb. 3. ( Tickets and info here ).

Here's hoping he leaves the drama on the stage this time.
