Earlier this year Kanye went on one of his epic Twitter tears, staking out a number of positions. He said he wanted a $1 billion investment from Facebook chief Mark Zuckerberg, that "white media" publications like Rolling Stone and the New York Times should cease commenting on "black music," and that he was $53 million in debt and suggested it would great if some "fashion group" could bail him out. "I am of service to the world with my art and I just want to serve more," he tweeted at the time. "Shut the (bleep) up and enjoy the greatness."

"Nope," he replied.
