Who's that smiling, meme-inspiring guy strolling through Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport?

Joe Biden, of course.

The former veep turned heads when he strolled through Terminal A a little while ago.

"I heard people cheering I thought maybe it was (a military processional) and then out pops old Joe," said traveler Stuart Wolper, who was catching a flight home to Raleigh.
