Reports my colleague Scott Trubey:
Avatron Park executives said in a news release production company Lionsgate will license the Hunger Games, Step up and Now You See Me film franchises for attractions within the park, located in Emerson, near Lake Allatoona. The planned park is about 40 miles northwest of downtown Atlanta."
Jennifer Lawrence and members of the "Mockingjay" team wrapped up their Atlanta stint with a farewell dinner. (Click here for photos of one of "Mockingjay's" final filming sets!)
Lawrence along with director Francis Lawrence and producer Jon Kilik ate at the sushi counter at Buckhead's Umi Sushi, where other celeb visitors in the past have included Will Ferrell, Elton John, Sir Anthony Hopkins and "Mockingjay" star Liam Hemsworth. Meanwhile another "Mockingjay" star was spotted dining in Midtown as things finished up here. Click here for details.
