After revelations that "Mama June" Shannon was keeping time with a convicted child molester the show ended, her reputation crumbled and members of the family took to airing their grievances publicly on their Facebook pages.

In happier news Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson herself seems to be enjoying the Christmas season, with the help of "Elvis Sweetie," her Elf on the Shelf.

Elvis actually does not seem very sweet. He likes to play with toothpaste, hand lotion and laundry detergent. After one dastardly rampage he tried casting the blame on poor Honey Boo Boo. Just look at what this fiend is up to!

Mama June has stopped commenting about the sordid allegations after a series of television interviews did nothing to sway public opinion. Dr. Phil found her utterly unbelievable during a visit to his show. She made a go of publicizing the family's annual toy drive for charity but it's unclear how successful that was.

Still, the family retains something of an audience and Lee "Uncle Poodle" Shannon has hinted at potential future TV opportunities.
