The owner of JPat Management and J's Kitchen Culinary Incubator, Patton will join Davio's Chef/Owner Steve DiFillippo in the kitchen, where she will prepare her delectable signature dish, lobster risotto with asparagus, fresh herbs and lobster cream. The specialty entree will be $34 and proceeds will benefit Usher's New Look Foundation, which works with young people.

“I love planning a great event,” Patton said in a statement. “But more importantly, I have a deep appreciation for the culinary industry and the passion it takes to prepare a memorable meal. I began J’s Kitchen Culinary Incubator to equip up-and-coming culinary stars with the necessary business skills to help their ventures thrive.”

The Davio's team can't wait for her to get cookin'.

“We’re thrilled to partner with Patton and the Foundation for this event,” DiFillippo said in a statement. “Atlanta has been a great market for Davio’s since we opened in 2011, and giving back to the community is therefore not only our responsibility, but our privilege.”

Davio’s delicious full dinner menu will be available Thursday night as well. Reservations are recommended - call 404-844-4810.
