Georgia Gov. Nathan Deal's victory speech was short and became emotional, as he dedicated the victory to the memory of Mack Burgess  a 25-year-old up-and-coming GOP aide who died in a car crash on Ga. 400 last month. Deal shared the stage with Burgess' parents and he and First Lady Sandra Deal greeted them with hugs.
