A filmmaker is suing, claiming execs stole his ideas for some of the scenes in Beyonce's "Lemonade," since his short film and her visual album both feature "characters in front of graffiti-covered walls, red tinted images, dimly lit parking garages and closeup shots of 'overgrown grass,'" TMZ reports.

It's not the first dustup involving Beyonce's creative output. The AJC's Nedra Rhone reported earlier this year on a dispute regarding the video for "Formation."
