Expectant Janet Jackson is "doing great," says brother Jermaine Jackson

"She's doing great," he said, asked how his sister is feeling. "She's like a baby to me, a baby having a baby, but at the same time, she's my little sister."

Janet Jackson postponed her world tour to plan a family . She  performed at Chastain Park Amphitheatre in September and was slated to return to the market with a show at Philips Arena in March, which was postponed because of surgery until Aug. 7.

Entertainment Tonight was first to report the news that Jackson was pregnant at 49, while a source told E! News that she and husband Wissam Al Mana had been working with a fertility specialist.
