Bobbi Kristina Brown has "continued to make progress" since being hospitalized following a Jan. 31 medical emergency, her aunt Leolah says in a recent Facebook post.

That's directly at odds with the grim assessment Bobbi Kristina's grandmother, Cissy Houston, has shared: "She's the same," Houston said during an interview earlier this year with WBLS. "We've moved her now to a place for rehabilitation. There's still not a great deal of hope. We're praying."

Houston told ET that Bobbi Kristina, 22, is "not progressing at all."

Leolah, who has posted frequent appeals for prayer, is more optimistic.
