The two "Avengers" movies Marvel is filming in Atlanta this summer have a combined $1 billion budget, but the serious price tag isn't keeping the projects' stars from having a little lighthearted fun on set.
The two films are headquartered at the Pinewood Studios facility in Fayette County but shooting's also taking place on location. Last week they set up shop in downtown Atlanta.
Here's a look at some of the fun moments cast members are enjoying as things get underway:
Mark Ruffalo (Bruce Banner/The Hulk) and Robert Downey Jr. (Tony Star/Iron Man) demonstrated some strong selfie game:
Tom Holland (Peter Parker/Spider-Man) posted a series of artfully creative selfies during the filming of his movie, due out Friday..
Holland played an amusing cameo in this video clip RDJ posted as "Avengers" filming was getting underway:
Chadwick Boseman (T'Challa/Black Panther) stars in his title movie coming out next year. Looks like he's looking forward to hanging out with Scarlett Johansson (Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow) and Chris Evans (Steve Rogers/Captain America)
And Benedict Cumberbatch (Dr. Strange) et al are staying well hydrated:
