"Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk" is going to be filming for quite some time at the Georgia Dome. It's possible downtown traffic around that area will be impacted, so take care while traveling.

In DeKalb County, Old Briarcliff Road between Briarcliff Road and Clifton Road will be closed to through traffic from 7 a.m. on Wednesday, April 29 through 6 p.m. on Friday, May 8, for a Paramount production. I'm not sure which one but I'll see if I can find out.

Road closure signs will be posted in the area, advising motorists of construction work and traffic restrictions.

In Brookhaven, the City of Atlanta/Mayor's Office of Entertainment reports there will be "a lane closure on Brookhaven Dr. NE b/t Davidson Ave. & E. Club Ln. NE on Apr. 27th & Apr. 28th from 7AM to 9PM."

In south Fulton County, film crews will close lanes on State Route 14/South Fulton Parkway to film segments of "Alvin & The Chipmunks 4" in Union City. This happens from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, on  SR 14/South Fulton Parkway from Cedar Grove Road to Highway 92.

The county notes that 'lane closures are likely to result in delays." Message board and detour signs will be in place.

More later!
