April 12 is National Grilled Cheese Day (check out the Atlanta Grilled Cheese Festival this weekend), but we think the sandwich, perfect in its simplicity, should be celebrated all 365 days of the year. There are plenty of ways to enjoy grilled cheese, either out at a metro Atlanta restaurant or made, by you, at home.
