With Passover and Easter upon us, this week holds the first major holidays traditionally celebrated with family gatherings since the outbreak of COVID-19. Thanks to travel restrictions, social distancing guidelines and a national advisory to limit gatherings to fewer than 10 people, these religious holidays will be very different for most people.

It’s going to be an unusual week for restaurants, too, because so many typically see a surge in sales around Easter brunch and dinner. All restaurant dining rooms have been closed due to the statewide shelter-in-place order, but many have been open on a takeout-only basis for weeks now. With some practice and planning under their belts, many restaurants that would typically focus effort on a busy weekend of in-person are offering unique and elaborate holiday meals as to-go orders. Read on for details on a variety of places to order your Passover and Easter meals this week.
