Have you had Georgia's best shrimp and grits?
Chef Andrew Smith of West Egg Cafe won top honors in the Jekyll Island Shrimp and Grits Festival in September , and had the opportunity to cook the dish of Gov. Nathan Deal and his wife, Sandra, at the Governor's Mansion last night.
Smith, who was the only chef to cook the entire dish by himself against eight other teams of two or three, also won $2,000
